7zip extract certain files from archive
Extract case-insensitive all .inf (and *.INF) files from an archive keeping the dir structure.
Note you need to escape the exclamation mark.
Note if you dont enclose source in quotes it will just extract the first .7z file only.
7za x "*.7z" -ssc- -ir\!*.inf
